Entech Rental Management Emergency Support Procedures:

1.  Emergency call backs will be made on Saturday and Sundays only. 

2.  Hours for emergency call backs:  Saturday 10am - 4pm

Sunday  12:30pm - 4pm

Holidays 10am – 4pm (not all holidays have emergency support available)

3.  You must have a valid emergency.  An emergency would be considered anything that would keep you from operating the Entech program.  This would include receiving error messages that keep you from operating or if you are unable to book reservations, etc.

4.  You must leave the correct information on the voice mail message. You will be asked to leave your name, your company name, phone number (please include area code if not in the Pensacola/Gulf Breeze area), and details of the emergency. 

5. You must have a valid support contract with Entech.

6.  If we determine that the issue is not an emergency you will not receive a call back.

The new phone number for Emergency Support Calls is 888-597-9990. You will need to leave a voicemail message for Entech Support and your call will be returned.  **Please note that this number has changed from the former cell number**
